Pholieshik provides consultation services for landscaping and composting. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns related to our consultation services. Please read this policy carefully before booking a consultation with us.

Consultation Services

Our services consist of professional consultations, which are intangible services that are provided at the time of the consultation appointment. Due to the nature of these services, traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and have established the following policies for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment under the following conditions:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling available
• Between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 rescheduling fee
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund, but rescheduling may be available with a $50 rescheduling fee at our discretion
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be provided

Refund Policy

Refunds for consultation services are available under the following circumstances:

• Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the consultation service due to circumstances on our end (e.g., consultant illness, weather conditions preventing site visits, technical issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the consultation service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, additional consultation time, or other remedies at our discretion.
• Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service, we will immediately refund the duplicate charges upon verification.
• Service Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your consultation for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund in your account after the expected processing time, please contact us.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your consultation. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Rescheduling fees may apply based on the timing of your request, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy above. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time, subject to consultant availability.

Consultation Materials

Any written materials, reports, or recommendations provided during or after your consultation are considered part of the service and cannot be returned. These materials are provided for your use and reference, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the content of these materials alone, unless the consultation service itself was not provided as described.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer accommodations, including full or partial refunds, at our discretion.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If we are unable to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, you may have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
